    my car was involved in an accident police was called to the scene they had my car towed to the place Saturday 6/22/2024 at 5;30 pm they were not open till Monday .. Monday morning I called at 8am spoke to ***** he told me to send him my full name and email make and model of the car did that twice to 2 diffrent numbers and he will get back to me in an hour and half . I waited no call back then I called him at 11am ***** informed me he didn't get a chance to make up my bill yet he will call me back in 45 mins ,, never called I called him back at 1pm he said he so busy he still didn't do it and he is about to eat lunch he will call me back when he is done,,, I waited called him back at 2;30 he still didn't do it yet he about to cuz he just finished lunch ..now its 3;30pm he just now making the bill had to pay ****** paid that over the phone.. I said now I have to get away to get the car to me he said he will charge me 165 to bring it to me he will not charge me storage he can bring it today which was Monday June 24 if not tomorrow morning tuesday June 25th he said sleep on it and let me know .. later on in the day my son attempts to go get the car and ***** tells him is to late . now I call ***** Tuesday morning 8am and told him 165 is to much for me I just paid y'all 524 dollars I told him someone is coming to pick up he asked who I said an auto shop he said how much they charging you I said 85 dollar he then start to raise his voice saying now I have to pay storage fee of 65 dollar plus tax and card charge because we had an agreement I told him we didn't not u gave me an option and said to sleep on it and let you know I did that's y I'm call this morning and said it was to much .. I had to pay 73 dollars or he wont give the new towed company address to pick up my car and they was waiting
