Standard Returns: We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of your original purchase date. We only require that the item is returned in it's original packaging, unmodified and undamaged.
Gift Certificates: We do not issue refunds for gift cards or gift certificates.
Perfect Fit Guarantee: In the rare case that you received a cover that does not fit your vehicle, simply contact us within 30 days of your order date and we will exchange it for free AND pay your return shipping.
NOTE: Free return shipping does not apply to the following cover categories: Camper, Limousine, Snowmobile, Watercraft, ATV/UTV.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except for Perfect Fit Guarantee exchanges. Items that are returned dirty or damaged will be assessed a 35% reconditioning & restocking fee. All returns and exchanges must be filed within 30 days of your order date.
If you are shipping an item worth $75 or more, please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost during transit.
