    I bought mirrors from this company on 8/28/23. 9/21/23 I emailed them asking for a refund as this wasnt what we were seeking for ****************. They have a refund policy on 3 months on their website. This business has barely gotten back to me and it is now 1/9/24 and I dont have my refund and their mirrors are still sitting in my studio. I have sent them a total of ELEVEN emails and multiple phone calls with a response 2 times maybe apologizing for not getting back to me sooner but then never getting back to me again after that. It has been the worst service and it could have been quickly resolved. That was a lot of money to kick out for something I did not need. I want the refund back immediately and they deserve to be shut down.

    Ive bought medical supplies before from this site and received it. This time my package never came. I looked at tracking and it wasnt mailed yet and that was after 10 days of my order. I called and it goes to voicemail so I left messages and no call backs. I tried emailing and my emails got returned. They took $137.34 dollars (order# **** on Dec 3,2023) out of my account and Im trying to get a refund but I cant get in touch with anyone.
