So I have an outstanding balance with my old apartment for $910. Over the last year *** received numerous emails to settle for 50%. At the time I was unable to pay the half due to catching up on bills since I was out of work for almost a year. I was trying to settle this week 2/11, and now ***** **** (who has been completely rude to me) told me they can only honor 20% LOL. I literally sent her proof of HER literally emailing me offering 50% and she literally refused to honor it saying that offer expired, but she literally said she can ONLY honor 20% and thats been proven untrue. So now Im reporting the company for false advertisement and lying ontop of her very rude exchange. Shes threatened to send my account to collections (its been 6 years its already in collections LOL) and shes been threatening that for years in the same email how ridiculous LOL! Also there are several different account numbers for me which is FRAUDULENT. Ive also attached several emails where shes offered me 50% over MULTIPLE years SAME PERSON so ridiculous!

4/19/24 was my move-in date to my newly renovated unit at ******************, an apartment complex managed by Dasmen residential. On 4/16/24, I was notified by *********************** that my original unit 121, would not be move-in ready so they transferred me to a new unit (203) at the last minute, causing me to have to make last minute changes. I arrived to move-in on 4/19/24 at 9am, but was told I would not be able to see the apartment until that evening at 3pm, which Ive never heard of. I of course had to change my deliveries and service appointments. Then when I finally got the keys and walked in, the apartment was filthy. There was spackle debris left everywhere throughout the apartment including piled into the bath tubs. The walls were all dirty and drawn on, as well as the baseboards. All of the doors were dirty, the stove was dirty and rusted, the bathroom cabinets were broken and dirty with a sheer layer of paint to try and cover it but it still looked horrible. I handed the keys right back to the woman at the desk and refused to move into that unit. Unfortunately ***** was not there but the woman at the desk called her and informed her I was not moving into a dirty unit, and told me to write down all the problems and they would have someone to come and fix it- but there office does not re-open until Monday 4/22. So I emailed Amari everything, and demanded my security deposit and move-in fees be refunded because Im not moving into a filthy apartment and community. After reporting this, I did not get a response until 4/22/24. On 4/25/24 they connected me with the property manager ** and he told me he was working on it. I followed up on the 29th, because I had not heard from anyone, and again on the 30th. I was told my check was sent, on the 30th. I received the check in the mail 5/7/24, I deposited it the same day, and today 5/8/24. I found out the check bounced. I contacted them regarding this and they have not said anything back.
