    I purchased two pairs of New Balance glasses for my son. Over the course of several months, the frames cracked several times. Each time they cracked in nearly the same spot. One time I was simply cleaning them (gently) and they snapped right in my hand so I know this was not a matter of a child causing the issue. ******* replaced the frames each time but my son often had to be without glasses or had to go to school with tape on his frames. They were breaking so often that many times both the frames were broken at the same time. During his use of these frames his prescription changed and I had to pay for new lenses. Shortly after the frames broke yet again. I could not let this continue and had to buy my son two entirely new sets of frames. The lenses didn't fit (we searched for a match but ******* didn't have one) and so I had to pay the cost of that yet again. I filed a claim against *********** but found out that it was EYEWEAR DESIGNS LTD. that produced the product. They emailed me and said the only thing they could do was replace the frames. That is useless to me as they are going to break again. I expect the company to make good for a bad product. There is clearly a fault in the manufacturing and the ******* Manager confirmed I was not the only customer with an issue with these frames. I plan to take this to small claims court if not handled via BBB. I have all of my receipts in a file but I'm unable to attach it here because it's saying the file is too large. Please contact me with a way to submit the file.
