    We purchased a wireless fence and collars for our 2 dogs. Before a year had elapsed, the dogs had chewed off the collars and the transmitters were missing. We were told that we had to purchase new transmitter collars at a cost of almost $300 each. After spending over $2,000 on the system, it should be reasonable to get replacement collars. I spoke with other providers and it is not uncommon for this situation to occur.

    The warranty does not cover loss. Warranties never cover loss. If the the collars are damaged we can replace them for a $35 dollar replacement/restocking fee. ******** chewing off the collars and them being lost is not the fault of the product or the company. If the customer would like to contact us directly, we can offer a discount on the replacement collars. We can not give the items away for free to any customer that claims to have lost an item. Fido's Fences is not at fault for the collars loss but we are willing to help out with the cost of purchasing replacements.  Thank *********************** Please call ************** directly to resolve the issue promptly.
