      Jonathon and his property manager are very rude. They do not care about the state of their apartments and talk and handle there tenants in a very rude manner. Just the other day he entered my neighbors apartment with a gun and threatened to use it on her boyfriend, when he was suppose to be their fixing the sewage that had backed up into her TWO whole days prior. she called the police because he refused to go leave his gun in the car because she didn't feel safe with him having it and her 2 year old son was in the apartment at the time and he fled and never fixed or sent anyone to fix the disgusting sewage that was in her tub. he has flaunted his 350,000 home in tenants faces when trying to communicate to him the problems that are going on the complex and he truly doesn't care about anything but the money that he honestly doesn't put back into his business in any way
