    I began my relationship with Coca Cola when I started my business in August 2023. In that time I have had 5 different sales reps. I have had missed deliveries, put out on 2 week deliveries without Coca Cola consulting me, which resulted in more no shows for deliveries. I opted to cancel some time back and I was promised credits by the then regional manager, to stay with Coke, which I never received. I also never received credits for expired items, which was an agreement made when I began using Coca Cola as my beverage provider. After a 3rd no show for deliveries, I called to cancel my service and asked for their cooler to be removed 3 times in the last week. I was told by Darren, my 5th account manager that he would get the pickup set up and call me back the next day. That was last Thursday. I want this cooler removed by March 21st or it will be placed outside the building. I am no longer assuming responsibility for its condition after having asked 3 times to have it removed. I also want the $320 in credits for expired items
