1year ago dropped car off 1 day before appointment, was told should be ready about noon next day. I showed up about 1:30 pm next day to pick up car, it was not ready as promised day before and was never moved from where I parked it night before. Waited till it was done, which was about 4:45pm. They close at 5. Made appointment for today about 1-2 weeks ago & told them I would wait for it this time. Got there for 8 am appointment & was told it wouldn’t be ready till noon-1 o’clock, when I made appointment I told them I will wait on it for service and was told it would take about 1-1/2 hours. Today when dropping off they’re telling me now 12 1 o’clock earliest not acceptable when I got other things to do nothing but bad service sinceI paid my dealer to get it Ziebart would not recommend them

Overall, Ziebart service has been reasonable. I have religiously taken my vehicle in for the annual inspection every year since 2014. However, they failed to provide a paid for rust proofing service that was to include vehicle panels; doors, fenders, etc. Consequently, there was rust-through sections on both the front passenger and drivers doors that resulted from the lack of rust proofing the interior panels. Repairs cost close to $5k. Ziebarts lack of concern was amplified when they failed to show in small claims, and failed to acknowledge or respond to any correspondence regarding this matter. Additionally, they have not acknowledged or responded to correspondence relating to the judgment that they are now obligated to pay. This shows their arrogance and indifference toward the customer.

Rating of ZERO Terrible customer service made a appointment for 8:00am dropped off vehicle at 7:50. Vehicle never moved until 4:15 pm to be serviced (rustproofed) explanation on the purpose of appointments if your not going to stick to schedule I was told "they were one lift down" due to call-in. Asked to speak to manager was told no manager there. This is a very poorly ran operation. You have vehicle dealerships selling you policies and then washing their hands of the situation. Very bad customer customer service very poor experience. Guess there's a reason there not better business affiliated!

This rating of (zero) is for Ziebart on Hiawatha Blvd in Syracuse, NY. TERRIBLE JOB AND SERVICE ! I took my truck in for it's first annual underbody recoating and had the interior cleaned. I recently washed my truck and it had a pristine blue finish that was perfect, not a spot on it. What I got back was a truck that looked like it was washed with salt water, it was a MESS. They said it was because their water was "hard", then why wash it in the first place if you knew that? The female manager was of no help whatsoever. I will find any place other than these people for the next annual re-coating. They just don't care about doing a good job and when they mess it up they don't care about making it right for the customer. I also went for the $200 interior treatment. The interior smells like a toxic waste dump and I am airing out the vehicle, will see how long that takes. If you have children I would definitely not recommend having the interior treatment unless you have gas masks, it's awful ! Go anywhere else !!

I bought a Ziebart package from the dealership when I bought my brand new vehicle. It was sold as a package that not only did the undercoating, but would also recondition the leather in the vehicle. Quickly I found out that the leather part was a lie, as the company explained it. However, along with the undercoating, the bottoms of the doors, and anywhere else where rust can gather it supposed to be touched up yearly. We took it in today (per warranty) to get the respray done. When we went to pick the car up, the bottoms of the doors, once again, had not been redone (they haven’t been since the initial time I bought the car). I went back in and asked why nothing has changed since I bought the car almost 4 years ago. They said that the bottoms of the doors get stripped down and totally resprayed at the 3rd year (which has passed). The person who does the spray came out to look at it and I showed him what I was talking about. Caked on break dust and what not. He said the coating was done and that it was clear. I wiped my finger across it and showed him it was dry, nothing had been sprayed on it. He quickly sprayed the bottoms of the doors, then asked if I could wait 5 minutes, and he’s take the car in and clean the old stuff off and spray it right. Shortly after, he brought the car back. I filled my wife home and when we got there, I checked the doors again. He stripped all the old stuff off like he said, but didn’t respray the doors with any protectant. The sales people made a note to do it over again next year, but now it’ll be unprotected for an entire year. We have terrible winters with a lot of dirt and salt. I feel like the whole package the dealership got me to do was a big waste of money. Oh, also, they were supposed to do a glass treatment and my windows clearly were not touched.
