      Hello so I am writing this message into the fact that I have gone to the monticello ny Burger King on two different occasions both times I have dealt with milagro she has the glasses the first time she had an attitude I asked for salsa packets and she made me wait while she attend to the drive thru mind you she gave me my food already it took a good 6 minutes for her to comeback from the drive thru and all I needed was salsa this morning my food is sitting up in the warmer easily could of handed me the food she was literally up front and still made me wait to be handed my food and I asked for salsa packets to be handed mayo I’m ****** off when you place mobile orders you want to be in and out not given an attitude it’s the second time I would love a gift card and I will love my refund enough is enough the first complaint didn’t go anywhere clearly I don’t deserve to have issues

      10/19/24. I was double charged for my breakfast sandwiches Burger King on foote ave jamestown ny. I realized this when I received my bank info the next morning I called talked with a female manager she said I would have to stop in with my bank statement I was not happy with this because all my personal info is on this. I stop in and showed her the double charge she says to me well it says authorized yeah??? I hand my card to the drive through person??? Then she took my name and said they will look into it and if they figure it out I will get a refund?? She never took my number made me feel like a liar it's only 5.40 2 breakfast croissants it that fact of the matter they hardly ever give me a receipt and how did this happen was my card slide twice what if it was a big order? Guess I'm **** out of luck. I did not like how it was handled I am there every morning getting the same order. I can easily take my business elsewhere ***** *****
