    On 10/9/23 he sold me a phone that was pre-owned.******* ** *** **** I was putting payment on the phone every other Wednesday for 26 weeks. I paid the phone off September 3rd 2024 In the contract is states “you do not own the phone until you pay the remaining amount of”. The phone should’ve been rightly mine after the last payment process. On November 20th 2024 I went to **** to trade my phone in my trade in worth is $1000. Come to find out it’s a VPN on my phone that was tracking my everything that I put on my phone. I had to call the leasing company so they can give me a removal pin for the VPN I did that and got the VPN removed. After the VPN was removed I was able to erase everything off of the ** *** ***. As soon as I logged out of my ****** a random ****** user pops up on the phone stating that the phone is locked to a different owner. I called Sam and even went to his store telling him “I don’t know who info this is” first he tells me “it’s an ****** account that you put on the phone” I’m telling him “I don’t recognize this ****** email it’s not mine” then he proceeds to tell me “it’s the company that I was leasing through fault and that’s an email that they put on the phone” so I called the company and they tell me that they never see or touch any phone that he sells they just finance phones for him. The phone is t-mobile pre paid and I was trading it in to **** because I didn’t like ******** service. Both ******** and **** told me that he probably sold me a stolen phone and didn’t care he just wanted money off of it

    I brought Brazilian hair from him and it shed so bad in my food all over the resort I didn’t get my hair wet he told me this was good hair he doesn’t provide receipts when you buy items do he can’t be tracked due to tax purposes and also he asks for cash app payments also he pays people to steal watches and phones and resells in the store and he also has fake sneakers and fake brand clothes he sells in his store he refused to give me my money back he refused to compensate me for my this
