    I would have to say that I am totally satisfied with this company. The call was answered promptly when I place the service call. The scheduling of the inspection was in a timely manner and showed exactly when expected. The gentleman that serviced my chimney was super professional and knowledgeable. I believe his name was Ryan, please forgive me if I messed the name up. Although not the final word on the overall inspection he made me aware of what to expect and solutions. Within a couple days I was notified with the overall health of my chimney and offered solutions based on my need. I will be working with them in the future.

    We had our fireplace inspected and cleaned. The technician was courteous and professional he was a delight. The office staff answered all my questions and was super friendly and helpful. It was great to speak with a real person.
