  This is the worst fertility company! They only care about overbilling your insurance and not helping their patients. As an nurse myself, I'm appalled to see how the company and staff treat their patients as a number and not an individual looking for personalized care. I was told that our initial consult would be $50, but then 5 months later I receive a bill for an additional $60 with the message that they had billed my insurance without my consult and with a Do Not Bill Insurance Waiver on file. When I spoke with my insurance, the lady said they actually billed us $200 for the consult. After speaking with several incompetent individuals, I was told that my Do not bill waiver was not uploaded timely. Additionally, I was prescribed medication without anyone ever following up on how I was doing, even after emailing that my symptoms were severe and that I did not think I could stay on this medication - I did not receive a response back from anyone. Please save yourself time and do not fall for their motto of being 1/3 price cheaper than traditional fertility clinics because in the end, they aren't cheaper, and they do not care about their patients. This is a mill. They are in business to make money, and not help families have babies. I would never recommend this fertility clinic to my worst enemy. Pay the extra money and get the quality care you deserve.

  The infertility journey is difficult enough without a company that only seems to care about their business preying on a vulnerable population. My husband and I are both doctorate-level medical providers and were disgusted to see how little regard the staff and those placing orders have for personalized care and ordering of labs and procedures. Our initial consult for IVF took months to get an appointment, the provider who was supposed to call us did not call. In fact, the individual who called us for the consult did not identify what her role was, she did not know any of our history, and she called us over 10 minutes late without an apology. I explained that we had lab orders from a different IVF clinic currently in place because we are still making our decision and she said "I'm sure it will be the same!"... It was most definitely not the same. The two lab and procedure sheets that we were sent feel scammy. Two procedures were ordered that essentially to determine the same issue (patent or blocked fallopian tubes) and there was not a mention of one or the other. Each of these procedures cost almost 3k. The lab orders did not state if we needed all new labs or a time-range that previously drawn labs would be acceptable. Some labs were ordered that we had previously identified that we were not interested in undergoing. Infertility is generally not covered and the lack of personalized care is extremely alarming with this company. We are going to use a different IVF clinic that will make us feel like actual patients instead of a vulnerable population being used to support their business's revenue.
