    In March of this year we hired Trademark to replace our roof. During the replacement a rain/sleet storm came up and water damage occurred to the inside of the house, including the master bedroom and bath. Ceilings, walls and floors were ruined. They did fix this, although it took them 13 weeks and having us call to find out when work was going to be done several times a week. They would say someone was coming to work, and no one would show. On July 28th of this year we had a bad rainstorm and our new roof leaked into our master bath. We informed the owner, Jonathan A*******, and he said he'd send someone out. Took several weeks, but someone did come and fixed the issue, which was a vent pipe being put on incorrectly by Trademarks roofers. It was fixed and has not leaked since, however we have cracks and a large wet spot in the ceiling from the leak. Again, the owner said someone would be coming to fix it, but no one has come or contacted us about fixing it. We have emailed him numerous times, receiving only two responses. The last was Sept. 8th, saying someone would be coming Wed. or Thurs. Again, no one came. Mr. A******* now is ignoring all emails and calls that have been made to him from us.
