  DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
  We bid out a project for a fence in our backyard. It's sloped with retaining walls leading into the area. Leader came out, as did other companies, and gave us a quote. We were specific about what we wanted (wooden fence, location, asked if there was anything we needed to do beforehand); there was no indication any of it would be a problem. We signed a contract with them and paid a hefty deposit. A large part of our choice was it was a local, family owned company. We were stoked.
  After pushing us back in their calendar, they came out the week they were supposed to start and said they couldn't do the job. They told us it was white picket fence/wire fence or nothing. They couldn't and wouldn't do a wooden fence in our contract. They refunded our deposit, but without interest after holding it for months. That's lost money since it would have been in our bank accounts. Worse, we lost another summer trying to do this job and have to get on someone else's list. Our dog is in the final weeks of his life and we were looking forward to giving him a fence. The people are Leaders stole that time from us and we'll never get it back. No refund will replace that pain.
  They're shady business owners who screw their customers. Go elsewhere.

  I highly discourage anybody and everybody to do business with Leaders Fence Co Inc. My 6 month old vinyl fence came apart and allowed my dogs to get out in the middle of the night while it was below freezing. There had been absolutely no wind that day. I called with the expectation that they would be able to send somebody out to check the work and assure me that no other pieces would just fall apart again. The woman told me their mother died and one of the boys had a heart attack and they had closed due to this until spring. Which is 100% understandable. However, I paid $12,000 for their services and that should come with, at the very least, some sort of reassurance that my fence won’t just fall apart. I asked if I called another fence company to just come check things out, if they would cover the bill at the very least and her response was “NOPE”. She had nothing but an attitude and towards the end of the call accused my 15lb dogs of jumping on it and breaking it. If my 15lb dog can break a fence (even though they have never once jumped on it) maybe you shouldn’t be offering that product.
  They don’t stand by their work and I’m glad we were handy enough to put it back together ourselves or I obviously would have been stuck with this gaping hole until at least spring.
