      Product ordered and credit card charged, but never arrived. Company was totally unresponsive to my attempts to contact them.

      I placed a few orders and got myself locked out after having an issue with remembering my password. I attempted contacting them multiple times via their email for customer support and never heard from them. I can no longer track my orders or even know if they went through. Their customer service is literal trash and so is their account lockout policy and system.
      DO not use them, there are better card hobby stores around the internet with better prices and better customer service.

      Discriminatory services. They literally will ignore your help-tickets online when you are "a certain religion/race" but actually do try to help with accounts (my friends showed me they got help within 24 hours, I've been waiting days). They're very helpful with some people, entirely ghost you with others
      I cannot get my account unlocked even though I have, and I **** you not, zero activity on my account (it was minutes old before they shuddidown! the audacity!)

      I have had multiple issues with ordering items due to the website. Then my account got locked out. I have contacted their support team 4 times now and each person to respond asks a single question and never replies again. Their “support” team offers no support.

      Before my unresolved issue graduates to a legal case, I would like to leave a review for my experience with this business thus far. I am struggling to believe a company of this size would resort to petty theft, but when my last order was missing over $1,100 in merchandise and there has been no efforts to resolve the issue for nearly a week, I am beginning to think that I have been robbed. I am not a vendor for TCG and, not surprisingly, I have never met a happy vendor for the site. I will say nothing of experiences with listed condition of purchases and the condition the merchandise actually arrives as it is well known that TCG Player is the industry worst in this area. I will say that they should make better hiring decisions if their shipping center cannot count the number of items in an order before shipping it out. All of this is nothing compared to the single worst practice this business has, and that is their complete lack of a customer support department. Any rational person would believe that a company with $42.3M in revenue would be able to provide a real time customer support team, but if you have made it to this point in my review then you know that you can shop literally anywhere else for the same products and have a better business experience.
