      If you leave a bad review be aware they will leak your phone records. Overall terrible terrible company. I will be talking to a lawyer as they violated my privacy and disclosed it on the internet. As I said on my google review, my card had gotten skimmed and I didn’t make a payment. I called later to pay and to reinstate service and they said I had to pay 400 dollars to do so. Needless to say I didn’t pay it. They did not pick up my trash for 3 weeks before this happened. They said they did but my cans were full and knocked over in my yard. I received a letter later on after asking reinstating price. It I owed 113 dollars and 5 days after when I called to pay it they said I owed 117 saying it was a late fee. Will not go through them again

      Thank you for sharing your feedback *****. I've had a chance to review your account and see your service was ended due to non-payment. I saw no notes regarding missed services and we would have been happy to rectify those issues at the time had we been made aware of them. Should you wish to restart service now or in the future, we'd be happy to assist you and will require the same reinstatement process we require for all residential customers returning from a delinquency-related service ending. This prepayment includes one quarter of service, one quarter as a security deposit and a reinstatement fee. We sincerely appreciate you paying the past due account balance and would welcome the opportunity to provide service again if needed.
      The claim that our company in any way leaked your phone records is false and baseless. Please contact us immediately with some form of evidence if you'd like us to formally investigate this claim further. Thank you.

      Morgan R****** deserves ZERO stars in customer service. All they care about is money. They even refused to accept payment from a family member who was willing to cover our bill during a difficult time (my husband recently had surgery). No return calls from the company. Then had the nerve to say that my family member called but did not want to make a payment? Sorry Ethel but you are a liar. Take my money Friday and come get your dumpster! We will be taking our business elsewhere.

      This company has terrible customer service, they don't return calls even after 3 days of calling. They don't pick up the garbage as scheduled and this has happened to me each month we have been with them and it has only been 2 months. The driver gives excuses that aren't even true, they were at my house, yet my tote was never picked up so how could they be at my house. This company needs to educate their employees on proper customer service, they definitely don't know how to do it to make their customers happy and resolve the issues. As the Esther H said, I would give them 0 stars if I could also. Don't use this company, there are better ones out there.
