    We have spent 5 months just trying to get to the point where the plans for a new septic system can be done. We paid an initial $350 and had some questions. Very slow responses to any questions had plagued the process. As a consumer, I just wanted to know what our options were as what Eric was proposing was a somewhat complicated system involving pumps, electric, and air being pumped in and I was concerned with resale value of the house going down due to overcomplicating the system. I did agree with his justification and gave approval to push forward. Months later and emails not being answered, I managed to catch him on his cell phone where he actually told me that "it seemed like you were more concerned with how much it would cost", but he would look into all the emails and notes. Called me a few days later and said he never drew up the paperwork for the job and that is probably why it never got pushed forward. Part that gets me is he stated the $350 went towards the final bill, but we only had a verbal agreement with total cost. He sent me the paperwork, I provided the approval, but the $1,500 he asked for a retainer, I just asked for an estimated bill to pay that. I haven't heard from him sense. Avoid this company. May save you a headache and a WHOLE LOT OF TIME.
