    ***** * **** *. We've used Rick's skills for the past three years and as always we are very pleased. After getting all our gutters spotless he takes the time to wash any debris off the side of our home, windows included.     This is the third year that we've hired Rick (Windows Gutters Etc. of NY) to clean our gutters. Rick scheduled the appointment and was flexible to accommodate our schedule. He sent a confirmation of the appointment and a reminder prior to the appointment, reminding us to have a water source available. On the day before our scheduled appointment, he had an opening and called to ask if we had time to have him do the work a day early. We had time and were happy for him to do the work a day in advance. Rick works quickly, thoroughly, and efficiently. He is very pleasant and neat with his work. We hope to hire him every year to deal with cleaning the gutters. He also inspects our roof to be sure that it's in good condition. We highly recommend Windows Gutters Etc of NY!!

    We called this business a day after a bad storm with high winds downed numerous trees and clogged all our gutters with leaves and other debris. They came promptly the next morning and cleaned the gutters, cleaned our roofs and cleaned one side of the house that had been plastered with leaves by the high winds. Excellent work, pleasant gentlemen and overall outstanding performance. We have used this company before for windows cleaning and would definitely recommend they for both window and gutter cleaning.     Rick M**** did a fantastic job of power cleaning our camp on Oneida Lake. It had not been done for many years, and after he completed the work, it looks like a new place. Couldn't have asked for a better job. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you.
