      Justin was clear in his communication in advance stipulating everything we needed to do for a successful job including removing heat grates. It was a lot of work to clear floor and re-settle so the quality of the job is important! Our floors were probably 80 years old and in rough shape in various ways-stains-scrapes. We allowed an additional 10 days after completion to re-settle to allow curing of coating. Overall, VERY PLEASED and would unconditionally recommend these folk for your hardwood floor refinishing project.

      They did a great job repairing and refinishing the floors in a very old house, patching a number of problem areas. They matched new wood and stain to go with the existing floors and it came out beautifully.

      We had an excellent experience with 315 Hardwoods! We hired them to install new hardwood flooring on our second floor. The entire process- from the estimate right through to the finish was professional, expedient and the outcome was beautiful. We have to recognize not only the efficient and professional staff, but also the communication throughout the process was exceptional. All questions answered quickly and we were kept up to date daily as far as arrival and departure times and progress. It was clear to us Justin and Lacie are committed to an excellent customer experience. Highly recommend 315 Hardwoods!

      There’s a reason 315 has nothing but 5 star reviews. I have never dealt with a more professional company. I texted them for an estimate and received a response within minutes. The text reply contained every piece of information you could possibly need. The communication throughout the entire job was unbelievable. They answer your questions before you can even ask them!! The pricing was competitive, the owners were friendly and extremely knowledgeable and I can’t stress enough how well they communicated every step of the way. The crew came, they saw and they conquered our hardwood floors that were in desperate need of refinishing. They even refinished our butcher block island!! They can’t contain themselves when they’ve got a sander in hand! Hiring this company is a no-brainer. Would definitely recommend.

      The team at 315 Hardwood was great to work with. Justin, Lacey and their team were professional, knowledgeable and friendly from our first interaction with them. Communication was prompt and all our questions were answered. They showed up when they said they would, gave us a competitive estimate and completed our flooring project quickly. They gave us guidance on how to prepare the rooms for the work and let us know exactly what to expect during the installation and refinishing. The workers were friendly and tidy. They cleaned up before they left each day, which I greatly appreciated. Most importantly, our new and refinished floors are gorgeous! I highly recommend 315 Hardwood.
