    Hired in March 2023 to do multiple HVAC and hot water heater jobs at my residence. Quoted $16388 originally for the whole project. Put $8207 down for half cash deposit on 3/20/23. New AC unit, and tankless water heater were completed, and paid by April 18th 2023. To this date, the tankless water heater exhaust pipe is leaking, and the gauges are still hooked up to the outside A/C unit, to adjust the sub-cooling which hasn't been done. I do have photos to prove all this. The condensate drain for the A/C is also leaking in my basement. A ventilator (ERV) was installed and paid for on June 5th. I was up charged to get a Bryant brand so it could be controlled by my thermostat. This model does not work with my thermostat like promised. I asked for it to be returned, but owner stated the box was damaged, so couldn't be returned. A zoning system was installed on July 24th, which never worked correctly. Owner stated he would have to contact Carrier tech support, and never did. Still have no zone control in the master bedroom, with bare thermostat wire hanging over the doorway. Also have pictures of this. And finally was supposed to Mastic all my ductwork. There are still so many air leaks throughout my basement, when the A/C is on it's freazing cold down there. Can feel multiple leaks in the plenum especially. Owner has just stopped responding to my calls and texts. When he did respond he just kept making excuses and empty promises.
