  We have lived in our home that we built for 30 years. There was only one room that we hadn’t done anything to, which was a bathroom. C Michael Luxury Baths was professional, answered all our questions and changed our bathroom from basic to exquisite!! Thank you!

  My brother ALS and we needed to have a handicap toilet and and shower we could navigate a wheelchair into. The subcontracted on both, a bathfitter contractor. The shower was done by another contractor. As my brothers condition got worse they finally came and removed the tub and put in the shower. Unfortuneately my brother passed before he could use the shower. After using the shower 2 times the wall paper started to curl. I contacted the contractor and he came back 2 times and didnt fix the incomplete job. He was so braisen he said i should have listened to my wife and sheet rocked over to door jam, especially because there is two electrical fixtures in between where they stopped and the door jam.
  After the wallpaper peeled
  I noticed I could stick my finger betwen one inch to three inches.
  I contacted the C. Michael office and the Vice President, accused me of doing the damage. I wrote 2 checks $6550 and $7450 on compliation.
  Looking at the shower now, the drain caulking is peeling. They partial removal of wall 96% done. The union connection looks like it needed to be caulked. The floor of shower should have been out further.
  The disrepect the Vice President given to me was beyond a professional organization.
  If they dont want to fix their crappy work product than come and fix it. By the way my sister is not using your company for here bathroom remodeling.

  We had a walk in shower installed in an 1929 home. The results are great. From estimate to completion everyone was courteous and professional. We hardly k ew they were here but made sure they were doing what we wanted at every step.

  C. Michael Exterior did an excellent job with our basement windows. Courteous, professional, and efficient. Windows look great and we will be in touch with them again when we're ready to do our next set of windows. Would highly recommend

  We have had our walk-in shower (5 foot by 5 foot with 9 foot ceiling) repaired multiple times and incurred great expense, delays, leaking, mold issues, ventilation issues, water leaking into our basement, etc. It was never done properly and we continued to have issues. It has been a homeowner’s nightmare. We ended up hiring C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. and everyone from the receptionist, salesman, project manager and installers were professional and pleasant. We must say that from the moment that Daren K., Joey S. and Ron B. arrived at our residence to start the job, they were extremely organized, professional and pleasant. Their manners are unbelievable and they didn’t stop for a minute. Daren even checked our walls throughout the house and removed any picture frames, etc.. that could possibly be damaged or fall prior to starting. They even declined our offer to take a lunch break their first day. The tear out of the old shower was difficult and messy, however, they had it contained. They had a system down and work extremely well together. They were extremely organized and neat. This was not our previous experience whatsoever. These three superb employees made the least amount of mess for a dirty and difficult job, left their tools in a neat corner at the end of the day and even cleaned the floor each day from the bathroom to front exterior door. We would absolutely use your company in the future as well as refer you to friends or family.

  I had my 2 bathrooms remodeled by Daren and Joey in January 2023. Professional work ethic. Neat finish. Timely completion. Excellent work. I am very pleased.

  They sided my house. Before I signed the contract I told them I want an access door to the main shut-off for my water lines, which obviously are near the ground. The door they installed was very small and was 4 1/2 feet off the ground. Nowhere near the water line. 5 months later they put a different door where it should be but the door wasn’t tight so I got mice & I had to call an exterminator. C Michael came out last week to fix it.
  When they sided my house they covered the vent pipe to my dryer. What morons!!! When he removed siding to to install a new vent pipe he broke a piece of the siding. He said he will replace it in a day or two. I have had several problems & although they have fixed MOST of them to my satisfaction it has been one problem after another. What a hassle and very unprofessional.
  I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
