    Please Do Not, I Mean Do Not Use This Company! They’re Very Unprofessional, and Rude! Although, They Present Themselves to Work With You, and Do Everything Possible to Make Your Move A Smooth Process. That’s Just To Gain Your Trust For The Move. Use Another Company Instead!
    On February 27, 2024, This Company Moved My Possessions From My Place. The Guys that were there to move my possessions were very disrespectful! Upon entering my home, the first thing the guy says; I’ll have to Charge You $ 100.00 for the stairs. I then said, I’m Not Paying You $100.00 for the stairs! The Driver then stated to me; Well it’s in your Contract. Did You Read Your Contract? If We’re Going To Move You, You’ll Have To Pay It! There Wasn’t A Hello I’m Andre, I’ll Be Moving You Today! No Good Morning, Good Afternoon, or Good Evening, Just Rude, on so many levels. Afterwards, After speaking with Carla the Representative,
    I was Informed, That the Next Day, My Possessions Will be Enroute. Although, I Will Not Be Receiving My Items the Following Day As Well! The Driver’s Can’t Drive More Than 8 hours. Okay that’s fine, I understand that! The Problem began When, This Company Kept My Possessions For 2 Weeks, because They Didn’t Have A Driver To Move My Possessions To Another State. Instead of Properly Informing Me, I Had To Call Continuously until the Representative Carla Finally Admitted What Was Happening.
    If this Company Was Truthful In The Beginning, I Wouldn’t Have Allowed them Access To My Possessions!!
    Also this was A Secondary Company Used By A Moving Brokerage Company. I was Informed of This Company, 2 Days before the Moving Date. This Company IQ Moving and Storage is Very Dishonest, and Totally Misrepresented Themselves! If I Could Give ZERO STARS, I Would.

    Very dishonest company! Don't Use them! I hired a Broker Company for a long distance move. They used this Company. When my furniture arrived in El Paso, they had 1 person to unload and move my furniture into my new home. The guy refused to place the items in the appropriate rooms. Needless to stay, he damaged all my my furniture taking it off the truck and dragging into my house. The owner was very disrespectful He called me yelling and asking me why am I calling people. I'm the only one that can do anything. I filed claims with two insurance companies that they provided. Both insurance companies informed me that the company wasn't insured with them. The move was in April 2023. I still have not gotten resolution. I'm contacting an attorney. Please do not consider this company. If a Broker refers them, RUN! If I couldn't have left no stars, I would've.
