    Nascentia's website says they have home aides. However the don't. They are supposed to help clients. Not true. Been needing aide for over a year now. Just get excuses. ******* is worse. Looking for an administrator to talk to. Now Nascentia is going to drop clients August 1 for not having help. Good way to get rid of people in need of help they can't provide. I emailed someone with no response. Wishing all good luck with this agency. Would someone from Nascentia like to send me a phone number to call and discuss this matter.

    The communications between Nascentia and users of their services is terrible!!! :(
    We are supposed to receive services for my wife who has progressive MS (for 22 yrs.) and was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease as well. They have schedulers who are supposed to let you know when their home health aides will come to your house to provide services for your loved one. When one of the aides calls in sick or has a schedule change they don't notify you and your loved one's well-being is put at risk. You think that someone will be caring for your wheelchair bound wife (etc.), while you try to do errands, go to your doctor's appointments, or participate in recreational activities of your own. You come home and find out your wife has been left alone for 2-3 hours and is upset because her aide never showed up. You complain to the schedulers, their supervisor, and other staff (via leaving voice messages) and they seldom call you back. Things have gotten worse over the past year, many days we receive no services, and they have cut her hours by 25-30% with little explanation or discussion. They do serve the one star because their nurses are dependable and kind. The rest of their staff is poor. Use another agency if you can, this one is way under staffed, and as a result gives lousy service.
