    I placed an order on May 31, 2023 I also tried to cancel the order right after I placed it. I have had no response from the seller in the cancellation of the order or in the response in the 5 other emails I have sent them. The goods stated they were delivered and I never received them, I have contacted Klarna to let them know I never received the goods and they gave also tried to contact the seller as well. I just want my $39.99 back.

    I purchased an item through this company. An tracking number was provided but it was delivered to another address out side of my shipping address. I cantact the merchant to find our where is the package. They told me I need to contact the shippers. They shippers is suppose to be USPS. They said that this was an incorrect tracking number. Now the merchant would provide the correct tracking number. Below you would see the information provided to the 3rd party. In a pervious conversation they said it would take 30-45 days for delivery. If not delivered they would assure a refund or a replacement. ************ order number. All the attached document is proof of communication.

    On June 4, 2023 I purchased pocketbooks for the amount of $40.00. I never received merchandise. When contacting the seller they provided a tracking number I tracked it and went to the wrong address. Contacted seller multiple times about this through email with no responded back. I contacted courier service they told me to contact seller. Please see attached documents.

    I purchased two items from this site on 7/4/23 for $39.99, Order#***************. I provided my address at **** ******* *****, #*** ********* Il ***** for shipping location. On 7/11/23 the tracking link shows my package delivered to ***********, IL. There isn't an address or an actual shipped site name, such as ***, ****, or *****.

    I sent several emails to ***************************@*******.com on 7/11 and 7/13 and there's been no reply.

    I tracked my package (tracking# ****************) using: https://www.*******.net.

    Im looking for assistance with either locating the package since its paid for or a complete refund.

    To whom it may concern. I have placed five orders with
    Naisitonic. I have bought from another company using the same shipping compant as Naisitonic. That order was sent to a Simpsonville SC sorting center and was delivered to an address in Simpsonville SC. I am unable to contact that company so I lost money with that order. Naisitonic is using the same shipping company where all of my orders are at a sorting center in Greenwood SC and Greer SC. Which are nowhere near me. My billing and shipping addres is correct on every email Naisitonic has sent to me which is: ** ******* *** **** ** ***** . This is very upsetting because I have sent several emails to the costumer service email without response trying to stop what happened to the first order I placed with another company using the same shipping company. I am trying to get them to follow through and stop my orders going to the wrong city. The order numbers are: ******************* ***************** ******************** ******************** ******************** I want the items I purchased to come to me instead of being shipped to different cities. Please help. If I knew this was going to happen with this order like the other one, I would have never ordered from this company
