    I found myself facing financial hardship and I had gold jewelry that I could pawn. I went to Pawn Pro for this service. On their website they seem very professional and organized and the reviews were great. I pawned my jewelry for a month and found that I couldn’t pay for the complete layaway. The owner Brian offered an option to pay the interest to extended a month, which I did. Unfortunately a month past and I was not able to pay for the complete layaway. When I went in person to the business to pay the interest, an employee named Luis gave me a price to pay for another extension and a date by when to pay it, which was about 2 weeks after. When I contacted Pawn Pro to pay the interest a day late, because of my continuing hardship an employee by the name of Tiffany told me that I had to pay a higher price than what Luis had told me in person and that I couldn’t extend for a month. She also stated that they do not give out extensions even though the owner Brian allowed it. They are not professional at all because every employee there has a different set rules they follow and make up along the way. Brian tried to buy my gold from me at a very low and unreasonable amount. I refused and because of this they are now keeping my jewelry and not allowing me to pay the interest. They are just another scamming pawn business full of con artists stealing from people in difficult situations.
