    On Feb 12, 2024, I called in an order. I picked up the order and brought it home, and then discovered there was a wrong item, and one item was missing. I called Domino’s back to let them know that I was missing something and got the wrong item. They said they would be happy to remake it. As I was driving there, they called me back and insisted I have to bring back the original wrong item. I was already halfway there, so I wasn’t going back home to pick it up. The gentleman was very rude to me on the phone when I told him, I was already halfway there, and he hung up on me. When I got there to pick up the correct item, I asked him why he hung up on me and why he insisted I bring it back when they didn’t tell me that when I initially called. He said he did not hang up on me. His attitude was very bad to say the least.

    I tried to make it right with customer several times and she did not like any of the options given to her. I will happily give her a refund if that’s what she wants.
