      Had our church roof shingles last year and we had a small leak and some cap blow off early this spring. I had to call 6 times and threaten to go to the BBB before I got a response. Once we got a time for it to be looked at, the guy didn't even show up the first time and I had to call again. I would not go with this company ever again. I also, talked to a prior employee while trying to get ahold of them and he told me he left because of this exact problem.

      We had a new roof put on our home as well as our sheds. The Roofing Guys did a fantastic job. We love the look and from start to finish the guys took care of us and any concerns, promptly. We would recommend The Roofing Guys for your next project. Thank you!

      My roof is beautiful! Absolutely fabulous professional work, great cleanup, wonderfully friendly!! The crew not only got the work done quickly, they were extremely considerate of my landscape, flowers, garden pots and my dogs. I have never had such a great experience with having work done at my home!
      Call Roofing Guys for your roof...it will be the best call you ever made!

      Their commercial makes their company look nice and professional with workers wearing shirts with business logo on it, they place their advertising sign at the jobsite, they claim to keep you informed as they go along, all of this may be accurate if you live in a nice neighborhood! When they came to my house the literally dropped off a load of workers in regular street clothes and none of them spoke nor understood the English language!! They proceeded to rip my roof apart WITHOUT informing me that they were not responsible for lying down tarp to protect the inside of my attic!! I had to call their supervisor when I noticed what was going on and was told that they do not tarp the inside of homes but my issue was that no one made me aware of that! So after my boyfriend came and raised hell they did lay down some tarp but my attic and stairs leading up to the attic were a complete mess!!! Oh yea and the tarp that they used on the outside of my home didn't look as near as good as their commercial showed, it had large holes in it!! One of the workers became sick but was given Gatorade and told to go back to work by some lady overseeing them and spoke their language. This was about 5 months ago and up until this day I've been complaining about UNFINISHED work that needed to be completed, of course they came out for my first complaint but I've been waiting almost 2 months for them to address my second complaint which is why I've decided to let you all know that its really only about the money with this company because their customer service skills are terrible, unless you live in a nice area.

      We have been over to look at the roof each time the customer has called. The issue is a siding and trim issue and is not related to the roof. The customer has been told that, but continues to call for roof repairs. If you would like us to repair your siding and trim we would be happy to send an estimator out to quote that for you. In regards to our crew showing up and completing the work, we will not apologize for non-English speaking employees. We made sure to have the supervisor there for communication and resolved your issue with putting a tarp inside. The tarp on the outside served its purpose and the look of the tarp did not reflect on how well the job was completed. The unfinished work you are referring to was not in the scope of our contract and we would be able to provide a quote for that. Thank you!
