      Mike over at Midnight Express Towing and Recovery was very nasty to me when trying to repo my vehicle. I tried to explain to Mike that I had just sent a check over to credit acceptance this past Monday 11/13/23 and they probably have not received the payment yet. While I tried to call on my cellphone it died on the line with the loan service provider credit acceptance. I didn't any of my information because I purse was in the vehicle and Mike would not let me get in it to get my check book, debit card, wallet, or purse. He lied to credit acceptance and told them that he had been at my residence for an hour when he only had arrived 10mins prior to the call. Midnight Express Towing and Recovery decided to drag my vehicle across the tree stump in my driveway knocking the manifold and rear bumper off my vehicle. After this happened I got in my vehicle and grabbed my bag with my payment information in it and called Credit Acceptance back to make the payment which they did nothing about and Mike started being very rude, nasty and racist towards me. He said he was going to make it difficult for me to get my car back today 11/15/23 he said "I'm going to make sure you don't get your car back today, hell it might not even be tomorrow, I will make you wait until Monday. Since I'm the person you have to go through to get it back." I called Midnight Express Towing and Recovery INC at ************ around 2:30pm and asked for information about my vehicle and the lady told me they should call me back around 330pm. I called Midnight Express Towing and Recovery INC at 4:42pm to inquire about the status of picking up my vehicle and I still have not received a phone call back as of 5:42pm with any information on my vehicle.
