    On 2/29/24 owner Anthony S********* and his crew with Branching Out Tree Service came to my property to remove a large tree he cut down and remove the stump. He decided to come during a blizzard with heavy machinery knowing the ground was soft and would cause damage to our yard. He also refused to take branches and logs that fell off the tree he cut down. There is still a large portion of the stump still in the ground as well. I contacted Anthony to explain my concern and he said that yard damage comes with tree work and I should not be suprised. I contacted his insurance company to see how to go about getting property damage fixed and the company told me they would not help and refuse to answer my phone calls. Anthony is refusing to repair the yard as well and told me not to contact him further. After doing my own research, the insurance company he claims to be insured under may be non-existent. I have reached out to others in the community that have used his services and they have the same experience, including 2 people who have taken him to court for damage or unfinished work.
