    Over the last 2 years I have purchased a seasonal dump pass at tree landers to be able to dump leaves during the fall. There has never been an issue. I recently just purchased a seasonal pass for 2024 for the same reason. At the time of purchase the business took my $1000 and issued me a pass. Now tree landers is telling me that they will no longer accept leaves. This information was not given to me at the time of the purchase. The only reason I purchased the seasonal pass was to be able to dump leaves. If I would have known they didn't take leaves I would have never purchased the pass. I asked tree landers for a refund and they refused. I would even take a prorated refund for the time I had the pass in my possession.

    Our company has spoken to ******** ***** (******** ************) about what is and not allowed to be dumped in our yard. We gladly accept tree limbs, logs, brush, and leaves (no bags). On multiple occasions we have found trash (water bottles and paper products such as bags of leaves) in the brush pile after ******** *********** has dumped. Additionally on at least two separate occasions ******** *********** brought in old fencing and stone while trying to conceal it with brush on top. We have an organic certification, we can not allow any sort of inorganic material to be dumped at our location. We do ask that anyone who purchases a brush pass needs to check in before dumping and they are told this at the time of purchasing the pass. ******** *********** has proceeded to dump multiple times without checking in to anyone from our company. Treelanders is willing to still allow ******** ********* to dump here however, they must check in before dumping and if this occurs again he will no longer be allowed to dump.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. m I was unaware of any unauthorized material was being dumped. I have now notified everyone and moving forward it will no longer be an issue. As long as I am still able to use the facility to dump all excepted material I am satisfied with the resolution.
