    Since I don't subscribe to cable, I had to buy a converter box. Called Dykes to help getting it all together. He came to the house, did a great job including ordering a new remote for me.
    Now these years later I began having problems with the remote that came with the converter box. The first button to wear out was the mute (understandable because after a few minutes of program, more than a few minutes of commercial). The next button to give me trouble was the one to turn the box on and off.
    A week ago the box was on, but I could not turn it off. Eventually, after fussing with it, I did get it turned off. Yesterday I called Dykes. They came over the same day, bot me back in business, and ordered a new remote for me. He said that when it comes in he'll drop it off at my house.
    Dykes Radio and TV Service are friendly and efficient.
