      Bad business. I tried to contact the business multiple times for a return . They do not answer phone email text website . I sent in paper work and the us post office has building as vacant

      This company is decietfull, we thought it was interest free and it wasn't. I have tried to call repeatedly and email before the 3 days . The contract doesn't even have my last name on it .I didn't even fill out the contract myself the seller did and pushed me to sign it before I got to read interest rate which I thought was zero .I have gotten no response .I live 2 hours away and no choice but drive there to try and return it .marketing is joke they don't even help you .

      I purchased a rainbow on Aug 7th and it is a phenomenal machine, I was able to finance it through their company with ease. Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen circumstances I am not able to keep the machine and needed to return it, now the machine has a 3 day cancellation policy... so know that and it is a law that a product must have a 3 day return policy when sold under contract! yes, I looked it up! Vince and his office made the cancellation easy. They first told me that on the bottom of the contract that I have signed was a cancellation slip, I needed to fill that out, and either fax it, mail it certified, or bring it to the office along with the machine and they would honor it. I filled it out, and brought it along with the machine into the office, and it was as easy as that! Excellent people to deal with and when my circumstances get better, I will be back for another rainbow!
