    Losing my dog during a routine spaying procedure was one of the most devastating experiences I've ever faced. Not only did I lose a cherished member of my family, but the lack of transparency and compassion from the vet added an unbearable layer of pain to this already agonizing situation.
    The procedure was meant to be routine, something that countless pets go through without any issues. Yet, when I received the devastating news of my dog's passing, the lack of explanation or empathy from the vet was shocking and the complete absence of information about what went wrong left me feeling lost and distressed. I pleaded for details, seeking closure and understanding, but my requests were met with a cold and dismissive attitude.
    Losing a pet is never easy, but being denied the opportunity to understand what happened or receive any form of compassion from the vet made this loss even more excruciating. A little empathy and communication could have made an immense difference in coping with this tragedy.
    I hope that in the future, this veterinary clinic considers the emotional turmoil pet owners endure in these situations. Compassion and transparency are as vital as medical expertise in such delicate moments.

    I have been a client of Dr. J***** and Dr. D**** for 30+ years and over those years they have taken excellent care of my many cats, dogs, and chickens. Dr. J***** has performed many surgeries on my "babies" - she is not only highly skilled, she is empathetic and kind. The staff there are wonderful, Sharon, the technician has gone above and beyond many times.
