1 starHorrible customer service. Have had a problem with the pressure dropping since installation in February (Never have I had an issue with water pressure before). Boyfriend and I called multiple times for someone to come correct this issue. Was supposed to have a tech out Monday April 8 nobody called or showed. Beyond disappointed. Called today April 15th to have the system removed. Suppose to have a tech out April 16th to remove the equipment. Never will I recommend Neptune water.Review fromMark S

5 starsNeptune has been nothing short of professional and timely... from their initial sales call and demonstration to their install and follow through after the fact.
The water is great! Even though I'm already on city municipal water, the quality of the water after it goes through the Neptune system is delicious and I can sleep at night knowing that I'm consuming water now that has all the impurities taken out of it. I'm looking forward to enjoying this pure water for many years to come!Review fromDonald S

5 starsWell I have been in my house 5 years, never been able to drink water. After having neptune install water systems, our water is as good as bottled water even better. Clothes are brighter, my skin isn't itchy from the hard water . I'm sold thank you neptune.Review fromDolores P

Horrible Products. Horrible Customer Service. They just want to sell but do not stand behind their products Service. Stay Away!!!!

We very much regret this customer’s dissatisfaction.
She purchased the Neptune System for her summer home in 2015. We visited her home on several occasions to replace ultraviolet lamps and filters as part of a preventative maintenance program.
These services were never in response to any complaints about the system, the quality of the water, or the original purchase price. The dissatisfaction stemmed from the price for the service that was requested in August of 2022 which the customer thought was unreasonable.
The travel time from Syracuse to Delaware County is 4 ½ hours roundtrip and approximately 2 hours to perform the requested service. Considering the price of her lamp and filter was only $20 more than it was in 2019. The labor charges were $160 (fuel costs were considerably more expensive than in previous years as was truck maintenance expenses). Labor cost divided by six hours is $26.67.
If anyone thinks that we are making a profit on this service, they would be completely mistaken.
The customer refused to pay for the service, insisting instead that she would only pay “$99 ---or forget it!”
So, the service was not done by Neptune.
