    addition to be built on to my trailer on a honored HANDSHAKE Brian Lighthall did not honor his commitment,, He did 2nd rate workmanship, and charged me for a job He never FINISHED, altho' He was paid in full, He was hired and paid to put on a addition to my existing single wide trailer he gave me bill much greater than the work he did.. Also, I traded my camper for him to put electric and a garage door attached, He was told to let me unpack all my items from my camper before he took posession of camper. He pulled out my camper after I surrendered my Title before I unpacked my personal belongings, such as my dishes, pots/pans, my water hoses, all my belongings. It was a trade of $5,000. to do my garage repairs, He never completed garage door.so I never got job done, but He has my camper still . A LEARNED SCAMMER...! All total Never job done, r He Doesn't deserve because He didn't finish my garage for it's trade. Brian never finished my addition, left it undone, took my money. I am a retired widow, living only on my Social Security Retirement, which is limited. Brian would scam/rob a retired widow from her savings shows what unscrupalous business man he is, Please BEWARE check with BBB here before you hire this business.. He ha did this to 2 other people also Ihe should serve jail time for his scamming people out of money, He got $5,500 from me also, to put in kitchen cupboards I never got, cause Brian said he'd store them at his place...Noooo!! never delivered my cupboards, or installed them, BUT HE HAS MY MONEY for it.... never finished my ramp to trailer eithe It's not useable the way he left it.. Hence, this widow on a limited budget was badly scammed by trusting an unscrupulous Brian Lighthall and May Home Renovations business. I am turning his business in to lawyer and Atty. General for further review. So put the word out don't get scammed. like he did me. You can't trust his handshake, He has no conscience or Honor in my opinion..

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 

    Brian Lighthall's response not correct, he did half the job, abandoned the job site, He had no STROKE, his affiliate May only did bookwork I never received a correct billing from May, the "stroke " individual, she didn't, do the construction job, only did the unfinished bookwork, I complained about the construction labor Brian abandoned my job!  Took money, I have copies of checks, made out to Brian.. He is pathological liar. I am taking Him to court.  He will pay me for undelivered cupboards for kitchen and installation fees I paid, He never delivered, I will not be scammed by this company without proper  reprecusions, nor will I get stole from.. He scammed me and other clients as is in your BBB records. I am not satisfied with his false reply. May the bookkeeper had her bad stroke, after He abandoned my job He will be accountable. He's not going to rob me, a retired widow on a tight budget for goods and work he never did complete.  I did reply to this case to BBB via ph call.
