To whom it may concern,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Adcorp Media Group for their fraudulent business practices and aggressive behavior.I purchased a year-long contract for a 15-second TV advertisement to be displayed at the ShopRite in **********, **********, for a total cost of $5,195. The advertisement was scheduled to begin on May 15th, 2024, but upon visiting the store, I discovered that the ad was not running. After numerous attempts to contact Adcorp, the advertisement eventually went live, but it was not displayed in the prominent location as promised. Instead, the TVs were facing inward at the cash register lines in the corner of the store, severely limiting the ad's visibility. When I contacted Adcorp to express my dissatisfaction, some representatives were understanding, but the *** was incredibly rude and aggressive. He falsely claimed that the advertisement was seen by ****** people per week, a claim I knew to be untrue as a regular shopper at the store. I attempted to negotiate a termination of the contract, but the *** threatened legal action if I did not pay the full amount. Furthermore, he immediately charged me $625, a payment that was not due for another 90 days.I believe that Adcorp Media Group has engaged in deceptive and fraudulent practices by misrepresenting the visibility and reach of their advertising services. Their aggressive and threatening behavior towards customers is unacceptable. I urge the ********************** to investigate this company and take appropriate action to protect other small businesses from falling victim to their scams. I am requesting a full refund of the $995 I have already paid.I have attached a copy of the contract for your reference.Sincerely,
