      You pay actual money to get treated like a criminal, then when there is a connection problem on their end they don't do anything to reimburse you or reschedule your test. In detail, this is what happened. I paid 50 dollars for a Russian reading test, and I thought it was strange just how hard they inspect you. They wanted to check all four corners of the ceiling, under my desk to see if anything was taped under there, under my couch, around my couch, both sides of my forearms, and under my driver's license and tissues. They even have you remove your glasses to check to see if they are smart glasses. You would figure that given how advanced their inspections are that their testing system would be advanced too. ****. You cannot use a tablet to take your test and have to go old school with a laptop or computer. I actually had to buy a cheap laptop just to take the test cause there isn't a testing center near me and I don't know anyone who has a laptop. So I was taking my test, and I was actually doing really well, when it started loading the next question then just got stuck and started saying I was having connection problems and that a ******* would connect with me shortly. They never did. After several minutes it said it was not possible to reesrablish the connection, then said "sorry about that". At the bottom of the page were three ways to get ahold of them to resolve the issue, so I tried calling both the numbers listed, and they both rang off the hook then hung up on me, and the third one was an email so I reached out to them asking for a refund because the connectivity issue was not my fault cause I have fast internet (2 gigs a second), so I definitely know it was on their end. No attempt was made by the ******* or the company itself to reach out to me, either by phone, text, or email, to try to remedy the problem by rescheduling my test or giving me a full refund.
