    This guy ***** ****** did not deliver what he promised in the contract and by text and speech. 3 months after purchasing the machine still no location, still no service and he is no where to be found. Website offline, phone number out of service, and all the other guys "working" for him like the location guy ***** and the tech guy *****. He promised: location with high traffic like UCLA Health Center Santa Monica, Call center in Culver City, Rand in Santa Monica and or high traffic locations with more than 100 employees. Needed to pay in full which includes insurance and warranty, he never provided the insurance documents. Unprofessional communication after the payment has been made. To make a long story short: this is NOT a company to do business with. Lookout for the short period of time to make your decision (red flag), and all nice words.

    I got my machine early July this year it ***** ***** the sales person said if I get someone to help me take the machine to the placement location I will get reimbursed for it. I got nothing his phone was disconnected and the placement location was 45 minutes away from my zip code. From July to October I made $3 sales. I requested for a new replacement in August I got no response from the ******* placement person ***** till date. Anytime I call the *** number I get to talk to telemarketing company say we can only take messages for this company. I emailed the company the sales email the guy kept telling me it’s not their fault that the bottom machine is not locked and the placement people are not responding to me. I got the Vpos I couldn’t connect it to the vending machine because there is no section in the vending machines to connect the cable.
