    BUYER BEWARE DUDLEY DOES NOT! This man did one of the most unacceptable and sloppy renovations I have ever seen on an interior home. His crew showed up intoxicated, messes all over our house, work not finished, and finally was paid a lump sum to finish then never returned . He then would not respond to calls or emails when we tried to reach out. This was quite possibly the worse contractor experience of our lives. We will also continue to pursue further action against this man .

    BUYER BEWARE DUDLEY DOES NOT! Recently I made the decision to have my bathroom renovated to a handicapped bathroom for my husband with Alzheimer's and my Mom with arthritis. On April 7, 2023 I signed a contract and I paid Dudley Does more than half down. On July 3rd, 2023 I still had no workable handicapped shower. I have pages of texts and messages with excuses (sick family members, flat tires, back ordered items, broken items etc.) as to why the work has not been done. The items that he did install are not the items that were in our contract, but rather cheaper versions. l called someone else in to look at things and it turned out the shower was plumbed wrong. It now has to be redone (wrong size pipes, hole for drain cut wrong, serious leaking etc.). I reached out and of course did not hear back. I never got the shower door, he took the sink faucet when he left. William Dudley says all of the right things but does not deliver on his promises. He is a habitual liar and a con man. I will be taking further action and I am sure our paths will cross again as he lives in the same town as me. How this man lays his head on the pillow at night is beyond me. Shame on him for taking advantage of the elderly!
