    Hi i had heath the owner and john his assistant put in a brand new furnace gor me in January every since they installed it I've had issues i have tried contacting them many times and i am just ignored they came once in jan or feb and said it was fine so i tried doing wjat they said but the smell was so bad i had ti turn it off and buy space heaters and run all winter which ran up my bills and also i couldn't feel safe leaving them on when i was working so then this year i tried the furnace again cone October and same issue i ran it 2 weeks and the smell was so bad i had ti open windows and turn off again heath keeps ignoring me so now its getting close to the warranty ending and he still has bot even attempted to help me so i am hoping you can get through to him because my next attempt is calling in the fire department for the snell im concern with my families heath and safety at this point thank you

    BBB spoke to the business owner and the following was relayed: She called complaining that her furnace was making a bad smell.  I went out and she decided to replace the furnace.  After I replaced the furnace, she was getting the same smell.  I investigated and determined that it is her chimney causing the bad smell.  I am the second company that has told her this.  She needs a new chimney liner.  I went around her entire house with a carbon monoxide detector and got a 0.00 reading everywhere.   As far as warranty- this customer has a 5 year manufacturer warranty that she can use anywhere.  She has a 10 year limited lifetime warranty on the heat exchanger that she can use anywhere.  In NYS, I am required to give a 1 year warranty on my labor.  This customer was calling and calling to the point where she was harassing my wife!  I've been in business for over 19 years and live by my name.  I standby my all my work.  This is the 1st complaint I've ever had.  As I told you, I went out to her house at NO Charge numerous times to assist her.  If the furnace needed any repairs on my labor, I would make any and all repairs needed.  Gladly.  But after her harassment of my wife and I and after I went out there numerous times at No Cost, the furnace does not need any repairs.  She needs a new chimney liner.   Thank you.
