      Franks came in to look at my basement in Rochester and I had some mold in the corner by my sump pump. Greg D******* came in and was so nice and told me he could fix my basement. I signed a contract and some men came to fix my basement in August 2024 by putting in a sump pump and a big dehumidifier. The mold came right back and was on the drywall within a few weeks and the drywall fell down. I told them the work they completed did not fix my problem. Greg promised what they did would work. I complained and they did nothing. I had to call the Franks in buffalo and told them I was unhappy. Finally they sent someone out to fix the drywall in November 2024. A short time later the mold has come back and Franks did nothing. They won’t help me and they said because I complained I have no warranty and they never fixed my basement.
      Look at the picture I paid a lot of money and my problem is still there. I hope no one has experience I have had. I am 82 years old and Franks Basement took my money and never fixed my problem.

      Its set up for our service manger to go out and remedy any and all issues May 13th 2025. We have been in communication with the customer numerous times.
