    Absolutely love this family owned business . Owner and Son are wonderful people very friendly and helpful. Have only bought bikes From Dicks bike shop

    Rude, chauvinistic owner who actually said to me, “Why don’t you just stick to making meatloaf?” I had a flat tire. I called ahead of time to see what info they’d need to help me figure out what tire tube I needed. I got there and got hassled for more info and not knowing exactly what I needed. I ended up going back a second time to ask for help making sure the tire size was right since it was the first time I’ve ever changed one. That’s when the owner became even more condescending and just awful. He helped me get what I needed but not without making me feel like crap and just having a horrible experience. Not worth it at all. I’d rather drive another 20 min and be helped in a store that is professional and nice.
