      They went beyond unprofessional. Not responding to their emails and phone calls. We spent 3 days to complete a bond and BOA and finally was completed with the wrong address. After realizing that, i have sent them an email to correct the address on their documents, but no answer what so ever. Now it has been five days trying to get a hold of them to work on the shipment and the answer was it it on hold. I asked what is the hold what i can and no response after . I called and called with no response at all to phones or emails. I do have all names who “ pretending “ to help us, but surly enough, not even helping or doing anything. Now i am paying for every single delay just because they do not giving me any updates or anything. Should be out of business.
