      Jd brick put up chain link fence in Jan of 2022. It was all scratched and scraped. There was no tensionwires attached. They didn't put enough clamps at the top. The fence started to sag, and my dog could squeeze out the bottom, because no tension wires were attached.called for a year and a half. Got one text message, telling me I was on a list. Never came out, never called back again. Had to hire someone els to fix it.

      JD BRICK installed a vinyl fence in my backyard. First they told me it was a nobility fence but the packaging was actually a ******** fence. So they lied to me about that. Secondly I specifically ask them to make sure the gap between my behind neighbor fence is closed off so nothing can get between my fence and my next door neighbor's fence. The installer assured me that it was done. I did not look at it because a severe thunderstorm was moving in so I did not go and look at it until the next day. They put two slats up with the top wide open and uneven, the bottom has a 5 inch Gap so critters and everything else can go through and the best part is they have it held together with the piece of stone braced against my neighbor's fence. I came home today and the stone fell and we didn't even have strong winds and the slats fell off. I would like them to fix it. I would also like some money back since they misguided me with the Brand of fence they were installing. **** ***** sells the same ******** vinyl fence kit for only $102. I needed 10 panels. JD brick charged me $4,400. I honestly feel as though I've been lied to and ripped off and they won't come and fix what they said they had already done. I would like a little compensation for this.Thank you

      Back in November of last year JD Brick did my fence. My wife and I warned them we are in a high wind area after they gave us a quote and the father told me he’d throw in 5 post stiffeners for free.
      When they put in the fence, after a week the fence blew over. When I asked them if the stiffeners in the posts were not strong enough he replied that they never put any in. So when they came back to fix it they left the old posts in the ground and left an 4 open holes in the ground the first time and more every time they came out after to fix it again which was 4 times 2 times the last day. They told me they would come fill in the post holes with dirt and cut them shorter but they never brought dirt. They also left mounds of concrete all over because they had to fix over 10 posts on all sides. Which wouldn’t have happened if they had put in the stiffeners the first time. Now because they tore up the area by my fence I will have to pay a ton of money for landscaping and I believe they should have to pay for their mistake.
