So let me start by saying that his crew does an excellent job. They clean up for the most part. Each day when they're done.
As far as dealing with Paul, it's not a nice interaction. He gives you a "and most definitely goes over the" estimate by At least between 3000 and 4000 dollars. So be prepared to pay more, then what he quotes you.
When you do contact Paul for problems, it's almost like he is insulted that you have questioned his work or his companies work. He did come out and fix a major issue. But it took me multiple phone calls to get that accomplished.
He sets up a time with you for the time. The work is to begin be prepared that that could be anywhere from 2 or 3 weeks after the original date that he gives you and again. After multiple phone calls to see, when that's going to be done. To me, he does not value your time. His is the only time that is important. And he always has an excuse as to why he can't start the date that he has given you to start.
He certainly has no problem. Arriving minutes after the last job is finished to collect his paycheck.
I would have gladly referred other people to him in this area, as many asked me who was doing the work. But after my interaction with paul, I would feel like I am a dishonest person by recommending him.
Sadly, I did not look at all the. Reviews, prior to me hiring him because I hired him on the
Recommendations, of a friend who had the work.Done in their basement.
Believe me If there was a way to bypass Paul altogether, you would be happy with the work that was done. But that is not a possibility. So please be careful in who you hire.
Honestly, I have to give the crew the three point review.Because if it was just based on my interaction with paul, it would have been a one
