      MARK T******* showed up before the scheduled time of the appointment and closed out the appointment at 12:00pm, the scheduled time of arrival. Do not go with this company as their technicians will waste your time by failing to show up on time and then cancelling your appointment.

      Since Kirkwood energy was purchased by NOCO there have been some serious issues.
      Our family business contracts with NOCO for gas, diesel and LARGE amounts of propane for agricultural use, around $90,000/year.
      Three years ago we chose to install a new furnace and AC in our home. The two units were working ok but we believed that after nearly 20 years in what was our new built home "it was time" to update and not have the worry of having to purchase at what might be a critical time. We have a disabled son, bedridden for the past 3 years due to 4 cancer diagnosis. He at times spends months in the cancer center but when he is home we need to know that all home equipment is efficient and in good working order.
      Fast forward to the other day. Fan on furnace was making noise, so AC could not be used. No service would be available until later in the week. Finally called another service who came out that day only to find out that both the fan and the motor on our fairly new equipment needed replacement.
      Where's the loyalty? We pay our bills in full every month. Hate to think how others are treated by NOCO.

      I will NEVER get heating oil from NOCO again!!! Have been going through hell for the past 2 weeks.
      NOCO had contacted me that they were running a deal for heating oil, it was a great deal so I placed an order on 7/15/24. Was advised that I needed to pay half ($200) of the total amount due. I gave my card info over the phone and was advised by Julia that my payment went through and I was all set. That the rest of my balance ($196.49) was due at the time of delivery, which was not a problem at all. I advised Julia that I would pay with cash and was advised that she noted my account with that info. 2 weeks later the delivery guy came, I paid in the exact remaining balance in cash and I even counted it in front of him. On 8/3/24 I checked my bank account and was charged $396.49 on 8/2/24. At this point I was fuming I called NOCO and of course the billing department only worked Mon-Fri. I called my bank and come to find out the $200 was never taken out of my account on 7/15/24 and to make matters worse I never authorized NOCO to take ANY money out of my account on 8/2/24. So my bank disputed the $196.49 (paid in cash) as the $200 was never taken out of my account originally. On 8/5/24 I called NOCO and spoke with Julia who informed me that they charged the full amount to the customers bank account to make sure they (NOCO) gets paid and when a customer pays with cash or card it can take up to 30 DAYS to get reimbursed for the amount that was paid with cash or check. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY OBSURD, especially when I never authorized them to take that amount out of my account let alone charge ANYTHING to my bank account on 8/2/24. I will be switching to a different company and WILL NEVER refer ANYONE to NOCO. If i could leave a -100 rating/review I would.

      I am making a formal complaint against your company because ur site says 24/hr emergency service during the hearing season yet I called Friday about 6:30 my tanks were empty because the one take showed full and you refused to come out and give me propane in 15 degree weather and was going to be below freezing all weekend and I have medical problems including a heart condition. Your tank is faulty and I thought it had propane we have had a mild winter and I have an energy efficiency heater and we don’t keep it high so I thought the gage was correct. I am calling another company Monday and getting away from u and will share this with others so they don’t get into the same situation I did with u. Ur a terrible company u should be ashamed of allowing people to freeze in the winter

      Zero stars. I have been a customer for at least a decade and I have never been treated so poorly as I have this year. Customer service and billing has been giving me grief for years and it gets worse every year. When I switched from heating oil to propane they delivered 150 gallons of heating oil (that I didn't order) into a furnace that no longer existed. They could have destroyed my home!! Now they are giving me the run around about a balance I owe that I already agreed to make payments on and will not deliver any propane when my tank is empty! I have always paid my bills and they are leaving me without heat when there's a wind storm coming.
