My car was broken into while it was parked at home on January 4th, 2024 and I was inside at the time. The window was shattered, and several items were stolen. Unfortunately, the property management has done absolutely nothing to assist me; they haven't even reached out. The main issue is that there are no security cameras in the parking lot. Multiple cars have been broken into on several occasions, making this a relatively frequent occurrence.
I found a ****** review from someone who claimed they were robbed at gunpoint on the property, also without any video surveillance. Yet, the property only has cameras around the leasing office, according to the property manager. This means they prioritize the safety of their staff over the hardworking residents who pay good money to live in a secure environment.
Interestingly, another neighbor mentioned that her car was broken into just a few spaces from mine, and the property provided her with video footage. It’s concerning that a property like this, which raises rent annually without making any upgrades, lacks adequate security measures such as cameras. This situation reflects pure negligence on the part of management.

Absolutely disgusting and horrible place to live! 1 Maintence man out of all the units mice & rat problem running all around the buildings they are not trying to call an exterminator or anything to resolve the issue. We have been extremely patient & paying rent on time being super clean and nothing else is happening. I’m not understating why they are charging us so much if we constantly are having issues & nothing is being done!

Horrible!!! Only “one” person on maintenance for over 300 units so it is IMPOSSIBLE to get work orders taken care of in a timely manner. Everyone seems to ALWAYS be on vacation so you have to wait weeks to communicate. The only person with common sense in the office is Georgianna! These units are not cheap and the service is VERY poor. Definitely do not recommend leasing from this company. Tenants are just a number and no work order is a priority no matter the severity.

      ZERO stars!!
The discrimination and tenant services are equally appalling. I have lived at one of the properties for 6 years, and all of a sudden because the manager has decided she doesn't "like me," we are given a nonrenewal? The Fair Housing Act used by this property for low-income families prohibits the discrimination of anyone with disabilities. And more than half of our home does.
After 8 phone calls and 1 visit over the course of 6 months, I got one return call with a voicemail, and a minimally-worded email. In short, the response proves that she didn't listen to the majority of the concerns I addressed. I was waiting to speak with her so I wasn't leaving 18 messages. I also wanted to bring attention to what is happening here, but the lack of care is apparent.
The fact that a tenant who is maybe in his upper-20s physically assaulted a 70+ year-old physically-disabled tenant is allowed to stay, but a family who pays their rent and hasn't caused any issues, isn't, is disgusting. That same tenants dog attacked the disabled womans dog, which is 1/5 it's size. All of police reports have been ignored, and no one from management cares. We're not the only ones that aren't listened to, many tenants have expressed their displeasure.
I was told because I didnt inform the office that my partner and his daughter were moving in, is why. I actually did mention that they were moving in to the manager via a phone call many months ago. She very conveniently forgot. Along with all maintenence requests we've put in. We even offered to pay more if money was a concern.
There are so many tenants complaining about your facilities. And it's no wonder people hate it here, no ones concerns are addressed. Some haven't had heat in over a year. Is that even legal?
I'll end it here in hopes that current and future tenants will be treated better. Companies don't like when the little guy fights for their rights, they do everything they can to eradicate those who oppose them.
