    I had a house fire in January and Hired Braendel in April. They completed the job in late June. I told them of my complaint of no GFI outlet in the bathroom (There was one originally), The shower handle not turning fully all the way, the outlet in my bedroom was not installed properly, and in my family room the recess lights were not installed properly. I paid them alot of money and this is very subpar. I went to my town housing code enforcement officer, Electrical Inspector, and plumbing expert. All three said there were many code violations that needs to be fixed. I got hold of Dan from Braendel and he said he would have somebody come and fix it. It has been three months and still nothing has been done.

    We contracted Braendel paint and svcs to paint the exterior trim on our home and work on our porch and we paid 50% down and the rest upon completion. We asked Dan if he could lower the pitch on our porch as it is rather steep, he said that this would be an additional cost to be determined later. After the porch was completed we noticed that the pitch on the porch was actually steeper than it was before. We also saw water puddling up at the front of the porch and the railing supports are sitting in that water. Dan B***** told us that the water was nothing to be worried about and he also told us that he would have to do the entire porch again or we could buy a squeegee. The front of our porch needs to be redone. Eventually the water that the railing supports sitting in the water and ice in the winter will be weakened . On the painting and trim work Mr B***** told my wife that he could replace the 2 decorative wooden arches we have over 2 windows and she would love how they looked. The front arch looks decent from a distance and is fitted in the arch pretty well and it seems to be fairly weather tolerant, the arch on the side of the house that gets all the weather looks like crap. They used 3 pieces of wood and the top covering is open to the elements. My wife has called Braendel offices no one will return her calls. Braendel needs to come and finish the job they said they could do so well

    I've spoken with Mr. and Mrs. ****** on 12/21 and guaranteed to them that we will be out as soon as we can in the Spring first thing.  Unfortunately, we can't do anything until the Spring because of weather and temperatures.  But as soon as weather permits, we will be right out first thing.
