1 starI hired this company to replace our sewer line, and it turned out to be one of the most frustrating and disappointing contractor experiences I’ve had as a homeowner.
Communication was poor from the beginning. The crew showed up multiple times without any notice or scheduling updates. I contacted Ed ****, the crew manager, several times to make sure specific instructions were passed on before each visit. Not once did the crew seem aware of what I had requested. I also reached out to Ed at least six times about trimming the clean-out pipe they installed. It still hasn’t been addressed. I sent repeated emails and only received one reply months ago.
The quality of the work was equally concerning. When they replaced the sidewalk they had to remove, the concrete was uneven, poorly finished, and varied in thickness. Chunks of excess concrete were left scattered in the yard, along with a large stain at the end of the driveway. The cleanup was unacceptable. Crushed stone from the backfill is still sitting across the lawn, and they left hundreds of pieces of the old sewer line above ground instead of disposing of them properly.
At one point, they returned without warning to level out a dirt mound over the sewer line and actually made the area worse. Their equipment left deep ruts in the yard, and the ground looked more damaged than it did right after the job was completed. I contacted Ed again to have this corrected, but like before, I received no response or follow-up.
They also removed a section of our front walkway during the sewer line work and failed to backfill it correctly. As a result, the slab shifted and tilted forward. They did replace it eventually, but only after I followed up multiple times by phone and email.
This project was handled with poor communication, careless work, and no sense of accountability. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The experience from beginning to end was extremely disappointing.Review fromBob M

The best plumber there is. The night before Thanksgiving, came right out within 15 Mins to clear a back up into my basement. Frank is very responsive and knowledgeable. Frank is honest, fair and reliable....which I'd rear these days. Can't find a better guy. Frank really cares about his customers and goes above and beyond. I can't say enough about the service....can't imagine using any other service. Totally amazed by the level of customer serviceFrank's Mr. Plumber
